Doom Squad is a Hip Hop group from Edmonton, AB consisting of 3 artists; Kryple, NineLivez & Trippz.

The group has been together since the end of 2010, and has already gained a viral fan base across Canada during the completion of the 2 tours they’ve headlined. In addition to opening for almost every large Hip Hop act that has toured Alberta in the last 4 years, the group has performed in well over 150 shows and music festivals across Canada.

Doom Squad has released 3 projects as a group so far, the first being a mixtape titled ‘Countdown To Doomsday’ in December of 2013. Just a little over a year later, they released their first album titled ‘The Proper Project’ in January of 2014 (which reached #56 on the iTunes hip hop charts). In April of 2016 they released their second album ‘Countdown to Doomsday 2’ which debuted at #22 on the iTunes hip hop charts. Following the release, they headlined a 26-city Canadian tour to promote the album.

Doom Squad also releases a promotional video every month for their ‘Monthly Cypher’ series that started in February 2014, in which they feature a different artist every month (past guests include Merkules, Caspian, KungFu Vampire, and others). To date they have consecutively released over 30 videos for the series, and continue to do so every month. The cyphers attracted the attention of Noisey/Vice in January 2016, and subsequently were given an interview and exclusive video premiere.

Currently, they are about to headline their 3rd tour to promote their upcoming album ‘LSD’ available everywhere May 2017.
